The CEO Sleepout

The CEO Sleepout is about starting conversations.

CEOs and Community Champions from around Winnipeg come together with those with lived experience to create a dialogue and work towards finding solutions to reducing homelessness in our community.

Since 2011, the CEO Sleepout has raised almost $900,000. That means 137 people with lived experience have been employed – adding up to over 81,000 hours on-the-job thanks to your generosity.

The Downtown Winnipeg BIZ and End Homelessness Winnipeg are working together to reach our goal of $1 million raised.

Thank you to everyone who participated and donated to this year's CEO Sleepout. Please continue to consider donating as there's a better way to give through the CEO Sleepout.

Application for funding are available now and the deadline is January 22, 2018. Click HERE for more information and HERE for the application form.

Year after year, the CEO Sleepout raises awareness and funds to end homelessness, and in doing so, proves that Winnipeg is a caring community that works together to build a stronger city. It will take our entire community working together, including government, private sector, and non-profit organizations to help end homelessness. City Council has committed $150,000 per year to fund the United Way's Plan to End Homelessness, and as Mayor, and as a CEO Sleepout participant for 3 years, I am proud to be a part of a change for the better.
